The new Abstract Florals print collection is here and I couldn't be happier to share it with you!
Back in the early days of sheltering in place, my kiddo and I were weathering the storm by spending extra time in the studio messing around with paint and glitter. It was very therapeutic;)
The floral imagery came from my sketchbook. I enjoy sketching, but I often feel intimidated by the blank page and self-conscious about my skills. My workaround for this may surprise you: I draw upside-down! I start with a photo, print it out and turn it upside down. Then I put on a podcast and draw the upside-down flower while I listen to the show. Turning the sketchbook right-side-up afterwards is the most fun.
The prints are created using archival giclée printing methods, the highest quality fine art paper, and artisanal framing. This series is available in a variety of sizes and framing options.
